• Shipping is only possible for long shelf-life products, non-food and pet supplies; fresh and chilled products are always collected
• Shipping costs are shown in the app before you pay and differ per shipping method (letterbox package or parcel)
• The business ships within 2 working days; delivery is by PostNL, DHL or DPD with track and trace
• Shipped non-food products come with a 14-day right of withdrawal, excluding products with a limited shelf life and sealed products
